Garlic Parmesan Potatoes



Ingredients

1 lb small yellow potatoes, cut in half

5 tbsp minced garlic

1/4 cup parmesan

5 tbsp oil (Canola or Avocado)

2 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

Chives for garnish










Directions


1. In a pot, add potatoes and cover with water and a pinch of salt. Par cook for 25 minutes until a fork can easily pierce the potato.

2. Drain potatoes and add to bowl. Toss with oil, garlic, parmesan salt and pepper.

3. Air fry for 25 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius (tossing halfway). You can also bake them at 350 for 25 minutes.

4. Garnish with chives and more parmesan
